Master the shift from Founder to Leader.
Growth changes your role at every inflection point. I help you handle the internal and interpersonal shifts that come with scale, so you can lead with more clarity.
Scaling a company means scaling yourself.
Your role shifts every time your business adds a new layer of complexity. Whether you’re hiring for a key position, preparing to scale, or closing a new funding round, the demands on your ability to stay steady under pressure grow with every milestone.
Most founders eventually hit a wall where the version they used to build the company is not the same they need in the next stage. I help you bridge the gap between who you were and who you need to become next. We’ll focus on the invisible work of scaling:
Identifying who you need to become in the next stage
Decision-making under pressure
Managing the friction of moving from strategy to a chaotic day-to-day reality
Investor and team dynamics
Co-founder friction
Creating Thinking Space
A no-nonsense partnership
What you can expect:
A sounding board for the difficult topics
A structured process to remove distractions so you can focus on the decisions that truly matter.
Pragmatic frameworks that bridge the gap between your leadership psychology and your company’s needs.
Cognitive decompression: A focused, calm environment designed to lower the mental load of scaling, and restore your decision-making edge.
A partner who understands that being a founder at scale is as much a mental game as it is a strategic one.
