Female Founder Circle
A softer space for honest reflection, shared insight, and strategic support alongside women building bold things.
This small-circle experience is designed for female founders who want real connection and space to grow without the pressure to perform. Together, we’ll explore the inner challenges of leadership and growth in an environment that’s thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human.
There will also be space for sharing lived experience and tactical insights. Not in a structured “teaching” format, but as part of the natural learning that happens when founders open up and reflect together.
The first group is invite-only and currently in development. If this speaks to you, I’d love to know as future groups may open soon.
ABOUT SOFIA
I work with ambitious female founders who are growing purposeful, values-led companies and want to do it without burning out, shrinking themselves, or losing their clarity along the way.’
Before coaching, I co-founded a fintech company and spent over a decade helping it grow into a global player. I led Talent Acquisition and Organizational Culture, helping build the kind of company we wanted to work for. I also wore a lot of hats – as most founders do – until the business grew and I found myself leading people who were far better than me at things I’d once owned. That shift brought real growth but also a lot of internal noise: identity loss, imposter syndrome, and the quiet sense that I was no longer sure where I added the most value.
What I’ve come to understand in myself and in the founders I now work with is that leadership isn’t a fixed identity. It’s something we grow into, recalibrate, and redefine. Over and over again.
That’s why I do this work. I help female founders lead with clarity, navigate complexity with calm, and make powerful decisions that reflect who they are, not just what’s expected.
My approach blends coaching, systems thinking, psychology and neuroscience. I hold certifications from Henley Business School and the Co-Active Training Institute, and I have a background in Clinical Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction. I also mentor with Endeavor, supporting founders as they scale.
After nearly 15 years living in different countries, I now live in Portugal with my husband, our son, and our three (rescued and very lively) dogs. When I’m not working, I’m usually reading, outside with my family, or halfway through a new idea to make the world a little more equitable, sustainable, or human.
